At Homegrown Mini-Golf, we're all about eating and enjoying all the things we're growing. It's fun to plant seeds and watch them sprout, grow leaves, and then, most amazing, develop fruit. Really fresh fruit and vegetables taste amazing, sweet and crisp. We wait and wait until some favorite fruit or veggie becomes ripe and delight in the first taste--have you ever eaten an asparagus spear right after it's been picked? Then all of a sudden, if it's a good year, we're in the middle of a giddying amount of same and searching for new and different ways to prepare it.
